Thursday Quickies: Jager Burton Edition

A highly-talented offensive lineman in the 2021 class is sitting in Kentucky’s backyard

Jager Burton is one of the top players in the state of Kentucky in 2021 and a four-star offensive lineman, and he plays right down the road from the University of Kentucky.

He also just included the Cats in his Top 7 schools, along with a plethora of who’s who in college football.

Kentucky joined Texas, Oregon, Penn State, Ohio State, Alabama, and Clemson in the top 7.

Not only is Burton the top player in the state, he’s one of the best offensive guards in the country, coming in at #5 nationally at his position and the #183 prospect nationally in the 247 Composite rankings.

Burton, who plays at Lexington’s Frederick Douglass High School, could be a massive get for Mark Stoops and the coaches in Lexington. Let’s see if they can pull off another massive in-state recruiting victory.
