In a wild back-and-forth affair, the Kentucky Wildcats managed to beat the Arkansas Razorbacks 73-66 in Fayetteville on Saturday.
It was a game that saw Kentucky take command in the first half, only to let the lead slip away after Arkansas rallied to take a 49-46 lead late in the game. But the young Cats grew up in a big way and reeled off a 15-0 run to put the game out of reach.
Junior center Nick Richards finished with 17 points and nine boards, while sophomore guard Immanuel Quickley recorded his first double-double with 13 points and 10 boards.
Kentucky held Arkansas 33.3% shooting from the field and sharpshooter Isaiah Joe to 4/14 shooting as he finished with just 13 points.
Up next, the Cats return home to host the Georgia Bulldogs on Tuesday.
