Also making the cut were the Kansas Jayhawks, Oklahoma State Cowboys, UCLA Bruins and Georgia Bulldogs.
There hasn’t been much news in this recruitment on Kentucky’s side of things. He actually does not have a confirmed offer from the Wildcats, but he does hold offers from his other four finalists along with the Arizona Wildcats, Florida Gators, LSU Tigers, Oregon Ducks and Maryland Terrapins among others.
The 6-8, 190-pound power forward recently reclassified from 2021 transferred to Norcross High School in Georgia. He’s currently ranked 47th overall by 247 Sports composite.
There was some buzz Thor could follow Daishen Nix to UCLA, but Oklahoma State has also gotten recent buzz as he takes an official visit to Stillwater this weekend.
Depending on how long waits, Thor could emerge as a bigger target for Kentucky, who is currently focusing more on Isaiah Jackson, Isaiah Todd, Greg Brown and Lance Ware. 2021 recruit Paolo Banchero is also a potential reclass option for 2020.
