UK Softball announces fall exhibition schedule

Rachel Lawson and her Cats will take on Michigan and Louisville during the fall slate.

The Kentucky Softball team has announced its 2019 fall schedule of exhibition game. The fall slate is highlighted by games against Louisville and Michigan.

The fall season kicks off on Friday, Sept. 13 vs. Georgetown at John Cropp Stadium in Lexington.

The Cats, led by 14th-year head coach Rachel Lawson, will then travel to Ann Arbor for a three-game series with an annual NCAA Tournament team in Michigan.

Following that, Kentucky will face Louisville in a doubleheader on Saturday, Sept. 28. A visit to Lexington by in-state foe Eastern Kentucky will wrap up the fall season on Sunday, Oct. 6.

  • Friday, Sept. 13 vs. Georgetown Lexington 6:30 pm ET
  • Saturday, Sept. 20 at Michigan (DH) Ann Arbor TBA
  • Sunday, Sept. 21 at Michigan Ann Arbor TBA
  • Saturday, Sept. 28 vs. Louisville (DH) Lexington Noon ET
  • Sunday, Oct. 6 vs. Eastern Kentucky (DH) Lexington 1 pm ET
