The 2021 recruiting class could see a team-up between two of the top-rated players in the class.
Jake Weingarten of Rivals reported that the Tennessee Volunteers will host five-star recruits Kennedy Chandler and Paolo Banchero in October for official visits.
The real news is that Banchero told him that the one guy he has been talking to about a potential team-up is Chandler.

The one guy Paolo has told me he’s spoken to about a potential team-up in college? Kennedy Chandler.
Banchero is currently ranked as the #3 player in 2021 by 247 Sports composite. Kentucky has recently gained two predictions from Rivals analysts for the 6-9 power forward out of Washington.
Chandler, a 6-1 guard out of Tennessee, is ranked as the #16 overall player in the class and the #2 point guard. There currently are no predictions at Rivals or 247 Sports for him, but Kentucky has watched him several times, and Joel Justus just visited him this week.
If these two do end up becoming teammates in college, then they will be a duo that will be very fun to watch. Kentucky hasn’t offered Chandler yet, but one could come in the future, especially if Devin Askew reclassifies into 2020 or commits to Louisville.
As of now, Askew is the only 2021 point guard with an offer from Kentucky, so depending on what happens with Askew, who plans to commit in October, an offer from Chandler could be coming soon.
