Blue Ribbon projects Top 25, SEC order of finish, and all-league picks

Our first major projection for the 2019-20 college hoops season.

The college basketball season is just under two months away, so we’ll soon be seeing a wave of preseason polls and predictions.

The latest comes from Blue Ribbon Yearbook, who has Kentucky ranked second in their top 25 poll, trailing only Michigan State. The Wildcats will end up playing four teams in the top 11, including the top-ranked Spartans, No. 5 Florida, No. 6 Louisville and No. 11 Texas Tech.

Blue Ribbon also projected the order of finish in the SEC, as well as the all-conference selections and awards. Kentucky was picked to win the league but had just one player make the All-SEC Team in sophomore point guard Ashton Hagans.
