Coach Cal and his staff have been heavily recruiting 2020 top-five guard Jalen Green, who is set to make his college decision on Christmas day.
While we wait on a decision from Green, he will be going to different schools for his official visits.
The good news for the Kentucky Wildcats is he will be visiting Lexington last. That visit is scheduled to take place October 16th-19th.
Besides Lexington, Green will be taking an unofficial visit to USC this coming weekend (6th-8th). He will also be taking official visits to Oregon, Auburn, and Memphis in that order, before seeing what Coach Cal has to offer.

The Memphis Tigers are viewed as the biggest threat, though there have been rumors that Green could end up overseas next year before entering the 2021 NBA Draft. The UCLA Bruins have also gotten some recent buzz, but Green currently doesn’t plan to take an official visit there.
But since he lives in California, he could easily take an unofficial visit there.
And of course, Green has talked about playing together with fellow 2020 recruit Josh Christopher in college, and Kentucky is firmly in the mix for both players. Several analysts even believe Kentucky is in the lead for Christopher.
It is always nice to be the last school a recruit visits so you can be the most recent school he has seen, and you don’t get lost in the mix.
It will be interesting to see what happens with this recruitment as we keep progressing towards his announcement day.
Hopefully, he likes what he sees in Lexington and we see him put on a Kentucky hat in December to join what could be a loaded 2020 recruiting class for the Cats.
