It would appear UK is in the running for Class of 2020 recruit Greg Brown.
On Tuesday, Brown announced his final five, and the Wildcats were included along with the Texas Longhorns, North Carolina Tar Heels, Auburn Tigers and Memphis Tigers.

A five-star power forward out of Texas, Brown is ranked No. 8 overall in 2020 by 247 Sports composite. He’s ranked as high as 5th overall by ESPN. He holds offers from North Carolina, Texas, Auburn, Kansas, LSU, UCLA and Florida among others.
However, UK has not offered Brown, at least publicly, and there’s been little-to-no mention of the Wildcats when it’s come to Brown. Perhaps this was a recruitment John Calipari wanted to keep quiet.
Regardless of what the case may be, UK is still in the hunt for one of the best big men in the Class of 2020. The only bigs with scholarship offers in this class are Isaiah Todd, Cliff Omoruyi and Lance Ware. N’Faly Dante also has an offer but is expected to reclassify into 2019.
Here are some recent highlights of Brown in action on the AAU circuit:
