College football odds for Week 1

Soon.

NCAA Football: Western Kentucky at Wisconsin Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports

Tomorrow, Week 1 of the 2019 college football season kicks off, and not a moment too soon.

While many of these games are Power 5 programs taking on cupcakes, there will be several games worth watching before Saturday’s smorgasbord. The opening night features the defending national champion Clemson Tigers hosting the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

Friday’s action features the Wisconsin Badgers on the road to face Charlie Strong’s South Florida Bulls.

Then on Saturday, Big Blue Nation will have its eyes on the Kentucky Wildcats’ regular-season opener vs. the Toledo Rockets. The latest odds from SportsBetting.ag have the Cats favored by 11.5 points, though this is expected to be a tricky game for the home team, as the Rockets are always one of the best teams in a MAC league that produced six bowl teams last season.

Also on the docket for Saturday are the Oregon Ducks facing the Auburn Tigers in AT&T Stadium.

On Sunday, we’ll get to watch the Oklahoma Sooners host the Houston Cougars in a special Sunday night football affair.

Finally, Week 1 concludes with the Louisville Cardinals hosting the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Labor Day Monday.
