Josh Christopher has scheduled not one but two visits to UK.
According to Evan Daniels, Christopher will unofficially visit Lexington for Big Blue Madness. Then, Christopher and his family are planning to officially visit for when UK hosts Georgia later in the regular season, though a date for that game has not been announced yet.
Arizona State, Michigan, Missouri and UCLA will also receiver visits.
“It’s tentative,” Josh’s father, Laron Christopher, told 247Sports. “We have to call the schools and verify but I don’t think they’ll have any issues.
“We want to do an unofficial at Kentucky for midnight madness and then do an official for Georgia at Kentucky. They want to spend some time with us and that midnight madness game is going to be hard for us to spend quality time with them. That’s the best time for both an unofficial and official.”
This is really big news for UK, as Christopher is someone they’re in great shape with. There’s also rumblings that fellow 2020 guard Jalen Green could visit for Big Blue Madness, so getting both of them on the same campus would be a huge plus.
There had been some though Christopher could visit soon and commit soon thereafter, but since he has several visits scheduled for early 2020, it looks like we may not get a decision until the spring.
