Some scary news coming out today as police responded to a 9-1-1 call Friday morning from a home previously occupied by Willie Cauley-Stein, per ABC 10.
Luckily, Willie was nowhere near the house, as he is now playing for and training with the Golden State Warriors.
According to police, three men were shot, and one of those men went to the hospital and was in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
According to the police report, the three victims were roommates of the alleged shooter, 25 year old, Trey Devaughn Hallman. Unfortunately, Hallman remains armed and at-large.
The report also states that Cauley-Stein is acquaintances with some of these men who were living in the home, including the victim in critical condition, and the suspect.
The Warriors did confirm that Cauley-Stein was nowhere near the house during the time of the shooting. His agent also informed ABC-10 that Cauley-Stein previously rented that home a little over a year ago.
There isn’t much more information. For now, let’s be thankful that no one lost there life.
