Friday Quickies: Wall and Boogie (?) Edition

The Wizards have talked to Boogie; could he reunite with John Wall?

DeMarcus Cousins and John Wall were teammates at Kentucky during the 2009-2010 season, but could a reunion between the two former Wildcats be on the way?

According to Candace Buckner of the Washington Post, the Wizards have reached out to Cousins.

There have long been talks of a Wall-Cousins reunion, but the circumstances may make the hypothetical a possible reality. Cousins will likely have to take a much smaller contract than expected, which could fit into the Wizards’ cap situation.

Wall, of course, is recovering from an injury and could miss a large amount of time next season, but it still would be cool to see two really beloved former Wildcats teaming up.

I could be on board with this. Would Cousins be a good fit in D.C.?

Tweet of the Day

Apparently there’s a Cousins-Spurs billboard.
