The Kentucky Wildcats made a huge splash to kick off their 2020 recruiting class on Saturday afternoon, landing BJ Boston while hosting him on his official visit to Lexington.
Now with Boston secured, Kentucky is turning to another highly touted wing to bring along side him in Joshua Christopher, and several recruiting analysts like Kentucky’s chances to land him.
In the Rivals weekly roundtable, Corey Evans, Dan McDonald, and Eric Bossi all put their thoughts on Joshua Christopher’s recruitment. While Bossi was a little hesitant, McDonald and Evans both picked the Wildcats to ultimately win this recruiting battle.
“When Kentucky is involved, I tend to bet on John Calipari winning the battle, especially when no other blue bloods are involved,” said McDonald.
Fellow Rivals reporter David Sisk also recently logged a prediction for the Wildcats. In addition, Kentucky has picked up two predictions in Christopher’s 247 Sports crystal ball.
Christopher is set to visit to Kentucky in the very near future and has openly talked about the Wildcats being his dream school when he was younger. The momentum is seeming to pick up with Kentucky and Christopher, so here’s hoping for some good news soon.
