Isaac Humphries is getting another shot at the NBA.

According to Fox Sports Australia, Humphries is signing an Exhibit 10 deal with the Orlando Magic. It’s essentially a training camp deal that can be converted to a two-way contract before the 2019-20 NBA season begins.

If Humphries is waived, he’ll then get a $50,000 bonus to play for Orlando’s G-League team, the Lakeland Magic.

Humphries finally got his first real shot at the NBA last season when he ended the season on the Atlanta Hawks’ roster. That came after Humphries averaged 11.3 points and 7.0 rebounds in the G-League before signing with Atlanta on April 1.

However, it wasn’t enough for the Hawks to re-sign Humphries, so he’s been biding his time and looking for his next best chance to remain in the NBA next season.

The 21-year-old Humphries averaged 6.3 points and 3.7 rebounds in three games with the Los Angeles Clippers during the 2019 NBA Summer League.
