Jalen Green is one of the best 2020 has to offer, and he’ll be in Lexington very soon.
Over the weekend, a rumor emerged that Green was actually set to visit UK alongside fellow 2020 star BJ Boston, who is taking his official visit to Lexington beginning July 26th.
However, KSR’s Jack Pilgrim reports that Green will not visit this week, but it will come soon enough.
Sources: 2020 top-three guard Jalen Green is in the process of scheduling a visit to Kentucky. Rumors out that he will visit Lexington with BJ Boston this week are false, but one is coming “very soon.”

UK has been gaining a lot of buzz with both Green and Boston, so getting them both on campus in the coming weeks will be a big step toward landing one or both of them in the 2020 class.
Green, 6-5 combo guard from Prolific Prep in California, is a consensus top-five recruit, something UK hasn’t landed since Skal Labissiere in 2015.
Boston, a 6-6 wing from Georgia, is actually leaving Norcross High School and heading to California to play at Sierra Canyon, which is set to have its own version of an NBA superteam.
Ziaire Williams, the nation’s No. 7 overall recruit, according to 247 Sports Composite, decided to transfer to the school on Thursday. It’s also the school where LeBron James Jr. and Zaire Wade will be playing next season. That means Boston gets to play with another top-10 recruit, as well as the sons of LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.
It also means Boston, Green and fellow 2020 target Joshua Christopher will all be playing in California next season. Perhaps all three being closer together will help UK’s bid to get them all to Lexington in 2020.
