The wait for Kerry Blackshear Jr. continues, and it’s untelling when his decision will be made.
Blackshear just wrapped up an official visit to UK, and there was a belief that he could commit during the visit.
However, that did not happen, according to KSR’s Matt Jones.

Source tells KSR the visit went well and UK feels good about its position....but there is no indication on timeline of decision or certainty on any future visits
Kyle Tucker of The Athletic adds that he expects Blackshear to visit Texas A&M, where his former head coach, Buzz Williams, is now running the show.
FWIW: If you’ve been constantly refreshing your Twitter search for a Blackshear decision since he started his UK visit (which was quick and ended early yesterday), it’s probably safe to take a breather. Believe he’ll visit A&M before any decision/announcement. https://t.co/PWAH9YPEHH

Blackshear announced on April 16 that he would be entering his name into the NBA Draft, as well as the NCAA Transfer Portal as a graduate transfer. After withdrawing from the draft, Blackshear would go on to visit the Kentucky Wildcats, Florida Gators, Arkansas Razorbacks and Tennessee Volunteers.
Blackshear has one more year to play and would be immediately eligible wherever he lands. He was a force in the ACC last season for the Hokies, as he averaged 15 points and 7.5 rebounds per game as a junior.
At this point, I would guess a decision comes next week, but nothing seems like a certainty at this point.
