John Calipari has offered two recruits in the 2021 class.
Now, they’re the top two players in 2021.
Rivals just updated their recruiting rankings for 2021. Taking home the top spot is Jonathan Kuminga, who was the first player to receive a scholarship offer from Kentucky in this class.
Coming in at No. 2 is Terrence Clarke, who was the second recruit to receive an offer in this class. He’s also a reclass candidate that could end up being one of the top players in 2020.
The 6-6, 175-pound shooting guard also has offers from Kansas, LSU, Memphis, Auburn and Louisville among others. Kentucky has already gotten two predictions in his 247 Sports crystal ball.
As for Kuminga, there was a recent game-changer in his recruitment when his older brother, Joel Ntambwe, transferred to Texas Tech. That would seemingly put the Red Raiders in a good spot for Kuminga, but it’s still very early in his recruitment.
The 6-8. 210-pound forward also holds offers from LSU, Memphis, Alabama, Auburn and Maryland among others.
