Wednesday Quickies: The Grind Edition

The UK men’s basketball team is already working hard preparing for a run at #9

NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-Midwest Regional Practice Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports

It’s the beginning of #GrindSZN for the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team as they prepare for a run at the national championship in 2019-2020. Take a look at this tweet from the official UK Men’s Basketball Twitter account to see how the guys are preparing.

The players are up early getting workouts in, and although the start of the season is still four months away, it is encouraging to see how this team is banding together early on with that same common goal in site.

This seems like a really fun group of players, so as the season gets closer and closer, I really expect the fan base to get wrapped up in this team and their pursuit of a national championship. It could end up being one of Cal’s most liked teams at Kentucky, in my opinion.
