Brandon Boston announces final 4

A lot of SEC flavor here.

USA Today Sports

The recruitment of Brandon ‘BJ’ Boston has reached its next stage.

According to Tipton Edits, the five-star wing is now down to four schools: The Kentucky Wildcats, Duke Blue Devils, Florida Gators and Auburn Tigers.

At various points, Auburn, Duke and Kentucky have all gotten buzz in Boston’s recruitment. However, it’s Kentucky who’s been gaining steam as of late, which has come as Duke has gained a lot of traction with fellow 2020 wing Jalen Johnson.

Boston unofficially visited Kentucky back in February, which is when he was offered a scholarship by John Calipari.

Ranked as high as sixth overall by ESPN, Boston would be a massive addition for Kentucky and a heck of a way to start off the 2020 class. There’s also the possibility Boston will team up with AAU teammate Sharife Cooper in college. If that were to happen, Auburn and Kentucky are strongly in the mix for both players, but don’t count out Duke either.
