Final Coaches Top 25 Poll released

The 2018-19 college basketball season is now complete.

The Virginia Cavaliers are your national champions after defeating the Texas Tech Red Raiders in overtime Monday night, and the book is officially closed on this season.

The Kentucky Wildcats enjoyed a fun season that culminated with 30 wins and an Elite Eight berth. So as you can imagine, Kentucky will finish pretty high in the final round of top 25 polls.

The final Coaches Poll has the Cats checking in at No. 7. They ultimately finished with wins over No. 5 Auburn, No. 9 North Carolina, No. 10 Tennessee, No. 12 Houston, No 16 Kansas and No. 18 Wofford.

Heck of a year.
