The Denver Nuggets dropped game one to the San Antonio Spurs last weekend but were looking to even the series last night. It was a tight game throughout, but in the fourth quarter, former Kentucky Wildcats star Jamal Murray went unconscious and had NBA fans in awe at his fourth quarter takeover.

After a rough ending to game one last Saturday and a rough three quarters in game two on Tuesday night, Murray scored 21 points in the fourth quarter and could not miss from the field, taking over the game and evening up the series for the Nuggets at one game a piece.

Murray finished with 24 points. He scored three of those in the first three quarters.

Murray needs to keep his hot play for the Nuggets to survive in this brutal Western Conference field and to avoid the “upset” to the 7th seeded Spurs.
