Heck of a game. That's exactly what the rubber match should have looked like.

UK scored 1.22 points/possession today, Tennessee scored 1.28. This was UK's 2nd worst PPP defensive game of the season after the Duke game.

Even with the officiating, Kentucky has to find a way to win a game when they have an 8-point lead with 3 minutes to go.

If the NCAA Tournament committee really is about giving No. 1 seeds to the four best teams in college basketball, then Tennessee and Kentucky should both get one. Especially since UK has a head to head win against UNC and Tennessee beat Gonzaga

Y’all remember the last time UK didn’t win the SEC tournament? We made it to the NCAA championship game. I like our team. That loss will push them in the tournament.
— Nick Morris (@UKfanNickMorris) March 16, 2019
Just a friendly reminder: 2 of UK’s last 3 NCAA titles included upset losses in SEC Tourney final game. ‘96 champs were upset by Miss. State & ‘12 champs were upset by Vanderbilt. Just don’t go anywhere near the Kentucky River bridge 2night. There’s another day(s) to fight. #BBN
