This has been an exciting time for the city of Lexington, and more specifically, the University of Kentucky.
Over the past few years, the school has successfully renovated the football facilities and have reaped the benefits with a better team, successfully built a brand new baseball stadium, and they are now starting work on renovating the historic Rupp Arena.
Everyone should be excited as it has created for a better fan-experience and player-experience. This $241 million project was approved last year and they have been working on it for a few months now.
By the start of the 2019-2020 season, there will already be some significant changes that include chair-back seating, new club levels, and more.
Kentucky athletics just posted a video showing you a preview of what you can expect the outside and inside of the new Rupp Arena to look like. Check it out below!
