The Kentucky Wildcats are still working to finish off their 2019 recruiting class with a bang. But with a limited number of recruits remaining, that could allow John Calipari and his staff to begin putting more focus on 2020 recruits.

By now, you know most of the names Kentucky has offered or is on the verge of offering in 2020. However, two new names have emerged in the form of Daishen Nix.

According to Rivals’ Eric Bossi, Kentucky has been in touch with Nix and will see him Wednesday in Las Vegas, where he plays at Trinity International. He’s a five-star point guard ranked 14th overall in 2020 by 247 Sports.

The 6-5, 205-pound Nix holds offers from the Kansas Jayhawks, Maryland Terrapins, Arizona Wildcats, LSU Tigers, Oklahoma Sooners, Washington Huskies and UCLA Bruins among others.

Elsewhere, a new 2019 recruit may be emerging, as 247 Sports’ Evan Daniels reports that Kentucky is the latest school to show interest in the four-star forward Tristan Enaruna.

Hailing from the Netherlands, Enaruna now plays in Utah at Wasatch Academy. The 6-9, 205-pound Enaruna is a four-star small forward ranked 98th overall in 2019 by 247 Sports. He currently holds offers from the Kansas Jayhawks, Texas Tech Red Raiders and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets among others. Duke has also shown interest.

Kentucky hasn’t offered either prospect, but Nix may be one to watch for since the staff is about to watch him in Vegas.
