Former Kentucky Wildcats big man Sacha Killeya-Jones is no longer with the NC State Wolfpack.
Following the Wolfpack’s win over Syracuse on Wednesday, head coach Kevin Keatts revealed that Killeya-Jones was no longer a member of the team, and no further details were given as to why that’s the case.
"Sacha is currently not a member of our program, and that's all I can say right now," Keatts said of Kentucky transfer Sacha Killeya-Jones. Also won't comment further on absences of Blake Harris or Eric Lockett.

Because Killeya-Jones transferred from Kentucky to NC State this offseason, he has to sit out the entire 2018-19 season due to NCAA rules.
It’s untelling why he’s no longer on the team, but regardless, it’s sad to see for the former Wildcat, who helped Kentucky win the 2018 SEC Tournament title before deciding to transfer in May.
Hopefully, Killeya-Jones finds peace wherever his next venture takes him.
