UPDATE
Lynn Bowden didn’t speak directly on the incident, but it clearly has him fired up going into Tuesday’s clash with the Hokies:
Lynn Bowden is ON ONE in media session today! Mentioning his bowl week was “ruined.” Will not answer a question about VA Tech. Everytime he’s pressed he responds with “they be aight”

Dude may run for 1,000 yards tomorrow.
Excellent video clips coming.
Lynn Bowden is not talking about Virginia Tech. “I don’t wanna talk about it. They be aight.” @ASeaOfBlue pic.twitter.com/PsvB2jtNZr

Beat the Hokies.
The Belk Bowl kicks off in a little under 48 hours from now and I known that I can not wait to watch Lynn Bowden and the Kentucky Wildcats play their final game.
And they might have some extra motivation for this game as well. Kentucky players ran into some Virginia Tech players at Charlotte Motor Speedway during both teams’ visit there and some jawing definitely went down, based on this recorded snapchat video posted Kentucky.Zone on Instagram.
NSFW LANGUAGE:
We know how well Kentucky has responded to trash talk in the past few seasons, although Benny Snell was the ringleader of that last season.
Based on video, it seems as if Virginia Tech players have made Lynn Bowden their target for the game on Tuesday.
Lynn Bowden just ran for over 1,200 yards in seven games, so we’ll see how that works out for them.
I guess Virginia Tech will have to come see about it.
