The City of Palms Classic got off to a rough start for Kentucky Wildcats signee Cam’Ron Fletcher, but the four-star prospect rebounded nicely and showed why he’ll be in Lexington next season.
Friday, Fletcher posted a double-double after dropping 21 points and hauling in 10 rebounds to lead Vashon high school (St. Louis, MO) to a victory over a Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN) team led by 2021 point guard and five-star prospect Kennedy Chandler.

Saturday Fletcher again led Vashon to a victory, this time over a Roman Catholic (Philadelphia, PA) team led by 2021 three-star point guard Lynn Greer III. In the victory, Fletcher led his team with 16 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
Overall, it was a good week for the UK commit as he boosted his stock and could be in line for a bump whenever the new 2020 recruiting rankings come out.
