After breezing through last weekend’s opening round of the NCAA Volleyball Tournament, the Kentucky Wildcats will head into the Round of 16 against Washington. As the No. 9 seed, Kentucky’s match vs. the No. 8 seed Washington Huskies will be their first of the postseason against a better seed.
Heading into the match, Kentucky has momentum on their side as they’ve won their 10 ten games. However, Friday afternoon’s outing most likely won’t come as easy as the team’s first two opponents. The Round of 16 matchup is scheduled to start at 2:30 PM EDT on Friday, with the more focused team most-likely to come out on top.
