With basketball dominating conversation in recent days, and deservedly so, focus now shifts to the Kentucky vs Tennessee football game on Saturday.
The Cats and the Vols will kick off under the lights on Saturday night at Kroger Field with a lot on the line. A Kentucky win almost assures the Cats bowl eligibility, as they would just have to defeat UT-Martin.
Additionally, Kentucky will be aiming to avenge last year’s loss to the Vols, an upset considering Kentucky finished 10-3 last year and Tennessee had one of its worst seasons in recent memory. Kentucky would love to pick up a win against the Vols to avenge last year’s loss.
At the beginning of the year, many expected this to be a Kentucky win, but with injuries at UK and noticeable improvement from UT, the Cats are a slight favorite going in.
Saturday is a big rivalry game for Kentucky with a chance for the Cats to pick up a big conference win. So, who you got? The Cats or the Vols?
