NCAA Football: Tennessee at Kentucky Mark Zerof-USA TODAY Sports

It all comes down to this game. Win today against the Vanderbilt Commodores and the Kentucky Wildcats will more than likely be in a bowl game after the regular season. Lose and then the final game of the season against the Louisville Cardinals will become the deciding factor on the postseason.

I would rather go ahead and win today. The build up of the Governor’s Cup game is stressful enough. Making that game a make or break ticket to a bowl makes it even worse. And UK is 0-2 when facing UofL with a bowl on the line.

Let’s avoid all of that. Vanderbilt is not good. The Florida Gators just blasted them 56-0. They’ve won two games all season. Go out there, win the game, come home, get ready for Tennessee Martin.

UK at Vandy info and picks | WDRB- The consensus is the Cats win. The scores are a little closer than I’d like but a win is a win and UK needs one badly.

More UK at Vandy predictions | Anchor of Gold- Only one Vandy writer picked the ‘Dores for the upset. They aren’t very confident in their football team.

Tealer’s 12 kills sinks the Gamecocks | UK Athletics- The Cats swept past the Gamecocks in another big win for UK volleyball.

Even win the Browns win, they lose | ESPN- The Browns are on a two game winning streak and they are 2-0 in the AFC North. Thursday night should have been a night to celebrate. Yet the Myles Garrett melet overshadowed all of that.

Mason Rudolph declines to press chargers | CBS- This is good news. Better for everyone not to drag it out. Serve the suspensions, move on with life.

National college football bold predictions | USA Today- Here are the games that are under the national spotlight.
