The two big men threw punches last night

Karl-Anthony Towns has never seemed like the guy to get into a brawl on the court, but that wasn’t the case last night during the matchup between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Philadelphia 76ers.

Towns and 76ers big man Joel Embiid ended up throwing punches and getting into a brawl on the court that resulted in the two being ejected from the game. The Sixers held a 20-point lead in the third quarter, so just as it seemed like there was little intrigue left in the game, the two seven-footers had it out.

Here’s a glimpse of Towns and Embiid going at it...

And a shot where it looks like Embiid jabbed Towns in the eye.

While interesting to watch, it will probably result in at least a couple games suspension for Towns. But anyway, #TeamKAT
