Twitter reactions to Kentucky vs. Georgia and Blue-White Game

A disappointing football game, but the basketball blue-white game was encouraging.

Chris Humphrey - Sea of Blue

The Kentucky Wildcats fall to the Georgia Bulldogs by a score of 21-0. Kentucky actually looked fairly decent against the Bulldogs in the first half, taking a 0-0 tie in to the half.

But, clearly, a lack of a true quarterback hurt the Wildcats, as they put zero points on the board, not giving any help to a defense that played well for three quarters.

Another big problem for the game was Kentucky shooting itself in its own foot; Logan Stenberg’s multiple penalties proving he’s nothing short of a liability on the field, Chris Rodriguez dropping a touchdown pass, and Max Duffey with a rare shanked punt to give Georgia their first score of the game.

I would expect Sawyer Smith to play next week vs a Mizzou team who just lost to Vandy on the road. You need Lynn Bowden at receiver to make plays.
