Max Duffy has been outstanding all season for the Kentucky Wildcats, as arguably the nation’s best punter is getting the recognition he deserves.
Duffy has been getting several mid-season honors, and now he can add another to the list.
Sporting News has now named Duffy to their Midseason All-American Team. He was the only Cat to be selected to the team.
Earlier this week, Duffy was named a midseason All-American by both the Associated Press and CBS Sports.
Duffy is currently the best punter in terms of yards per punt averaging 50.4 yards a kick. He also received the Ray Guy Award Punter of the Week for his performance against South Carolina in week 5 averaging 51.1 yards on nine kicks.
