For the first time in nearly a month, the Kentucky Wildcats are set to play in front of their home fans, as they’re set to host the Arkansas Razorbacks at Kroger Field.
It will be a special day in Lexington as the Wildcats will honor the great, late Jared Lorenzen, who passed away at the tragic age of 38 this past off-season.
On the field, Kentucky will be looking to break their three-game losing streak and try to prevent an 0-4 start in conference play. Their opponent will also be looking to break a losing streak as Arkansas has not won a game in SEC play since October 28th of 2017 when they defeated Ole Miss.
It will be just the eighth time Kentucky and Arkansas square off with the Wildcats leading the all-time series 4-3. Their last meeting came in 2012 when the Razorbacks blew out the Wildcats by a final score of 49-7 in Fayetteville.
