Kentucky picked up their first SEC victory last night in Rupp Arena against Texas A&M.
The Wildcats bounced back with a solid 11 point (should’ve been 14 point) victory over the Aggies to even out their conference record before hosting Vanderbilt on Saturday.
Kentucky had solid performances from Tyler Herro (21 points, 7-14 from the floor) and Ashton Hagans (18 points, 4 assists, 5 steals) in the win, and got production from EJ Montgomery, Nick Richards, Immanuel Quickley, and Jemarl Baker off the bench.
Getting a comfortable win over the Aggies was big for the Wildcats as SEC play doesn’t get any easier from here on out. Hopefully Kentucky can keep that momentum moving forward.

Arguing Florida over Kentucky still doesn’t quite add up.
To reiterate - Ashton Hagans has the potential to be the best on-ball defender to ever wear a Kentucky Basketball uniform.
