Tonight marks the beginning of the NFL season, as the defending Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles take on the Atlanta Falcons on NBC at 7:20 p.m.
If you’re a big time football fan, these next few weeks is likely one of your favorite time periods of the year as football at all different levels can be found on most nights. With high school football dominating Friday nights, college football on Saturdays, and NFL on Sunday and Monday, this is the perfect time of year for those who enjoy watching battles on the gridiron.
Tonight’s game will open the season up with a full slate of games on Sunday and a double-header on Monday night.
