The Kentucky Wildcats are 5-0, but they’ll get a big road test in Week 6 as they face the Texas A&M Aggies.
The Wildcats are coming off a convincing win over South Carolina. While Kentucky has plenty of things to clean up, it’s hard to argue with double-digit wins in the SEC, something they now have three of after a 24-10 win over the Gamecocks.
The recipe of running Benny Snell down the opposing defenses throat still seems to be unstoppable. Kentucky was able to mix up the offense by spreading the ball around, that included a 24 yard second quarter touchdown run by A.J, Rose.
Kentucky built a 24-3 lead in the first half and never looked back. Mark Stoops now has this program sitting at 5-0 and making a major waves around college football. The build up will just keep getting larger week by week and so far UK has responded in the best way possible.
Kentucky will face their second road challenge of the season when they travel to College Station for a matchup with the Aggies this weekend. First-year head coach Jimbo Fisher has his team 3-2 through the first fives games of the season. The losses coming against the nation’s top two teams in the coaches poll, Alabama and Clemson. A&M is coming off a 24-17 win at home against Arkansas.
