The Kentucky Wildcats are set to host the Murray State Racers this Saturday at Kroger Field.
Fresh off a win over the Florida Gators, Kentucky will look to remain unbeaten at home while also starting the season at 3-0 for just the second time under head coach Mark Stoops. Kentucky also accomplished that feat last year before ending the regular season at 7-5.
But this team feels different, and the expectations are higher than seven wins after the Cats’ impressive road win over a top 25 team.
Looking ahead to Saturday, the Cats will kickoff against Murray State at noon EST, but fans may have a little more trouble finding this one on their local TV listings. That’s because the game will be broadcast on the SEC Network alternate channel.
