The Kentucky Wildcats and Mississippi State Bulldogs will clash in primetime.
The SEC has announced that the two SEC teams will face off at 7 pm EST in Week 4. The TV designation will either be ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU. The final TV decision will come next week.
The Bulldogs are fresh off a destruction of Kansas State in Manhattan this past weekend. Assuming they beat Louisiana-Lafayette this coming weekend, they should be in the top-15 when they come to Kroger Field, and possibly the top 10.
The Wildcats are fresh off a win over then-25th ranked Florida and are on the verge of top 25 status, though they probably need to beat the Bulldogs to make that breakthrough.
The Cats first must take care of business this week against the Murray State Racers. That game will be this Saturday at noon on the SEC Network.
