Four-star center recruit Aidan Igiehon has been trending on the upward with Kentucky.
After recently cutting his list down to four, which includes Louisville, Oregon, and St. John’s there has been chatter about Igiehon getting a scholarship offer from John Calipari.
I just spoke with Aidan Igiehon, and will have a story up later tonight. He did confirm to me that Kentucky did indeed offer him over the weekend. @Big_harris22 @teamriobk @KentuckyRivals @RowlandRIVALS

While it hasn’t been 100% confirmed whether or not he’s been offered, Kentucky is right there for a top-40 player in the country. Most recently, Jerry Meyer of 24/7 and Andrew Slater of the Athletic have chosen Kentucky as the favorite to land Igiehon’s commitment.
That’s a big development, as those are two fo the best in the business, so if they’re both picking Kentucky, there’s a real chance Igiehon becomes a Cat. He is the No. 33 player in the class and the No. 9 center on 247 Sports Composite.
At 6-10, 215 pounds, Igiehon has the size to come in and play at a high level from day one in college. He is a monster athlete with an explosive style of play as a center. In the way of classic centers, strength and big-muscle pave way to a major dunker in the lanes, incredibly representative of his native New York style.
He will likely set a visit soon, and it’s possible he does receive a scholarship if he hasn’t already. Let’s just keep your ears open for Aidan Igiehon going into the fall recruiting period.
Here are some of Igiehon’s summer highlights:
