Kentucky Basketball: Big Blue Madness 2018 Ticket Info and Campout Announced

The Kentucky Wildcats have announced the dates and info for the 2018 Big Blue Madness Campout.

Tickets for the 2018 edition of Big Blue Madness will be available Friday, Sept. 28, at 10 p.m. at the Memorial Coliseum ticket windows and online at Ticketmaster.com. UK is encouraging fans to use Ticketmaster, but obviously the campout is a big event that fans love to embrace every year.

Like the last three years, the ticket distribution will take place Friday night both at the ticket windows and online, so you’ll have multiple ways to get your tickets to Big Blue Madness, the first open practice opportunity for the 2018-19 men’s and women’s basketball teams, which takes place this year on Oct. 12 at 7 p.m.

The men are projected to have the No. 1 or 2 preseason team entering the 2018-19 season, while the women return much of last season’s roser and are primed to get back to the postseason.

A limited number of control cards will be issued to those camped out Friday, Sept. 28, at 2 p.m. All fans must be present to obtain their control cards and only one control card per person will be accepted at distribution.

For those looking to attend the campout, at the request of campus public safety officials, fans wishing to line up ahead of time at Memorial Coliseum for ticket distribution are asked to do so no earlier than 5 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, Sept. 26.
