The Kentucky Wildcats have completed their Bahamas tour, and what a trip it was.

The Cats capped off their four-game dominance with a Sunday demolition of Team Toronto.

The game actually got off to an ugly start, as neither team could find any offensive rhythm as the Cats held a 22-15 lead with 3:46 left in the first half.

That’s when Kentucky took off and left Team Toronto in the dust, outscoring them 17-4 the rest of the half and taking a commanding 39-19 into halftime.

From there, it was a complete destruction that saw Kentucky ultimately win 93-60. This was the perfect cherry on top of a special week in the Bahamas, and it should help pave the way for a special season in Lexington that ends in Minneapolis.

Box Score

Game MVP

Quade Green started off his Bahamas trip with a 1/11 night on Thursday, while seemingly every other Wildcat looked better than him.

Since then, Green has been on fire, and that really came to a head against Team Toronto. At one point in the first half, Green had his own 8-0 run and was the only source of offense as the Cats took a little longer to find their way.

That’s why Green is going to be so valuable to this team. He gives this young team a veteran presence in the backcourt that also runs the offense very well. And when his offense is on, he’s very hard to stop, as evidenced by his 14-point outburst against the Canadians on 6/9 shooting.

As if this loaded team needed another weapon.
