At 4 pm this afternoon, the Kentucky Wildcats will face off against Team Toronto for their final game in the Bahamas.
The Cats will once again be without EJ Montgomery and Jemarl Baker, who are out for the rest of the trip.
After our 100-64 rout of Mega Bemax on Saturday the hype for this team has become very real. Coach Cal had to tell everyone after Saturday nights game to “pump the breaks” and live in the moment.
If these young Cats can walk away with a win tonight, they’ll finish out their exhibition trip a perfect 4-0, but some are saying this Toronto team is going to be a true challenge for them.
Team Toronto will be a tough match up because of the uncertainty surrounding their team roster. Former South Carolina guard Duane Notice, former Michigan guard Jevohn Shepherd, and former first-round Orlando Magic selection Andrew Nicholson will all be headlining for the Canadian team. These skilled players should create a fun matchup for the Wildcats tonight.
