With the summer in full swing, it won’t be long until the Kentucky Wildcats are in action during their Bahamas trip.
Until then, UK Athletics is doing a series introducing the 2018-19 Wildcats. Up first is incoming freshman forward EJ Montgomery, who is UK’s highest-ranked recruit for 2018 by 247 Sports Composite (9), which measures all of the major recruiting rankings.
Montgomery has been turning heads in practice as of late, and the hope is he becomes the latest star big man to play at UK before having a productive career in the NBA.
It helps that Montgomery said his favorite player from UK is Anthony Davis, one of the best players in the NBA today.
