Bill Self might be sweating a bit.

Newly released records show that the Kansas Jayhawks were subpoenaed and forced to turn over records of communication between coaches and a recruit, as well as records of agreements and communications between the school and Adidas, according to the Associated Press.

Kansas is yet another Adidas-sponsored school to be involved in this scandal. The hardest-hit school, Louisville, is another, as the FBI caught several schools affiliated with the apparel brand involved in wrongdoing during the initial sweep and fallout of this scandal.

A report from the University Daily Kansan says that the released documents lead them to believe that Billy Preston and Silvio De Sousa are the players referenced. Preston never played a game for Kansas, while De Sousa missed 19 games in his freshman season due to a delay in the clearing of his eligibility. De Sousa has also been presumably implicated in this scandal with ties to Maryland.

Kansas spokesman Andy Hyland told the Associated Press that this doesn’t suggest any wrongdoing at this time.

This scandal just never ends.
