Alex Poythress is back on an NBA team.
The former Wildcat has signed a contract with the Atlanta Hawks on a two-way contract. Poythress spent this Summer League with the Indiana Pacers, but the team cut him during the competition, and he had to finish his Summer League out with a team he was no longer actually on. He averaged 12 points per game in Las Vegas, proving his value and earning a deal with another team.
