Remember Jamal Mashburn? The He averaged 21/8/3 his junior year at Kentucky, he was an All-American, and the fourth pick in the in the 1993 NBA Draft.

His son, Jamal Mashburn Jr., is a four-star 2020 recruit who wants to be like his father. Mashburn Jr., a combo guard, told 247 Sports that his father plays a huge role in his life.

“He works with me every day,” Mashburn Jr. said. “He is my trainer, my mentor. He’s everything. He’s all in on my development and I’m very cool with that.”

Mashburn currently has offers from the Louisville Cardinals, Miami Hurricanes and Florida Gators.
