National Signing Day has arrived for the Kentucky Wildcats and the rest of college football.

Thanks to a strong showing in the early signing period, the Cats enter the final period with players already signed. They also have commitments from three-star wide receiver LiAllen Dailey and three-star offensive tackle Nick Lewis. both players committed to Kentucky after the early period and are expected to sign today.

Kentucky is also strongly in the running for three-star running back Kavosiey Smoke and four-star linebacker Christopher Oats. Both players would be major additions to Kentucky’s offense and defense respectively.

Will there be any signing day surprises? Will Kentucky sign a full 25-man class?

We’ll be updating all of the latest happenings in today’s live blog, along with some morning headlines to get you set for all of today’s action.

UPDATE 11:15 am: UK announced that the 2018 class was complete with 24 signings. There will be no Signing Day surprise, but this was still a great finish to the class with Oats, Smoke, Lewis and Allen all signing today. Currently, Kentucky’s 24-man class ranks 34th nationally in the 247 Sports Composite rankings.

UPDATE 10:50 am: Former UK commit Xavier Peters has officially signed with Florida State. However, there are still some concerns as to if he’ll be academically eligible this fall.

UPDATE 10:20 am: UK baseball signee Trevon Flowers signs with Tennessee to play football. UK was unwilling to offer him a football scholarship.

UPDATE 10:05 am: LiAllen Dailey signs with UK. He also revealed that he will go by Allen Dailey from now on.

UPDATE: 9:50 am: Kavosiey Smoke signs with UK. He’ll provide depth at a position that was dangerously thin at times with just four scholarship backs last year, and it got down to three once Bryant Koback transferred.

UPDATE 9:45 am: Nick Lewis signs with UK. He flipped from Washington State back in January.

UPDATE: 9:30 am: Chris Oats signs with UK, giving them their biggest defensive commitment in the Class of 2018 and a major impact player at linebackers.
