The Kentucky Wildcats just landed a big recruit for the 2018 football class.
On National Signing Day, Kavosiey Smoke signed with the Wildcats.
Smoke is a 6-foot, 215 pound monster on the field. He’s listed as an athlete because he can play a multitude of positions. He had quite a few big name schools after him, including Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Missouri, South Carolina, North Carolina, Auburn, and Florida. The main competition for the three-star running back was South Carolina and North Carolina.
Getting Smoke is big for next years team. He’s nationally ranked at #544, but he’s the 45th best athlete in the class and the 17th best player in Alabama.
Smoke will likely play offense, but there’s tons of potential for him on either side of the ball.
This is another big get for the Cats and Mark Stoops. The 2018 class is shaping up to be one of the best classes this program has seen in quite some time. The hype for next year is getting bigger and bigger.
