Kentucky Wildcats vs Arkansas Razorbacks Game Thread

Kentucky and Arkansas face off looking to climb the SEC standings and boost their NCAA Tournament resume.

NCAA Basketball: Alabama at Kentucky Mark Zerof-USA TODAY Sports

Kentucky finally got the win it needed, beating a good Alabama Crimson Tide team and apparently having fun while doing it. Now comes the next one, and it’s another one that UK needs (mostly because the Wildcats need as many wins as they can get to assure themselves good NCAA Tournament standing).

This one comes against the Arkansas Razorbacks on the road. Arkansas has big wins over the Oklahoma Sooners, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, the Tennessee Volunteers and Texas A&M. Overall, the Razorbacks are 19-8, and are 14-1 in Bud Walton Arena.

That tough environment has helped Arkansas in the Vegas line, as the Razorbacks are 3.5-point favorites. ESPN also gives Arkansas a 66.2 percent chance to win. Over the last five, the Razorbacks are on the exact opposite trend as the Wildcats. UK is 1-4 while Arkansas is 4-1.
